We work with animals from all over the world of almost any species. Please let us know if you would like any special poses or special requests and we will be happy to work with you to make your trophy perfect.
Terms
A 50% deposit of total due is required on all skins and/or trophies left with Out of This World Taxidermy. You will be notified by phone and in writing when your trophy is completed. Full payment, including applicable sales tax, will be due within 30 days. Sixty days after first notification, unclaimed trophies will become the property of Out of This World Taxidermy. All Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Out of This World Taxidermy will not accept any wildlife without proper tags and licenses. Conditions of Acceptance: We have no control over any skin or trophy prior to our receiving it for tanning and/or mounting. Many factors have a definite effect on the final results of tanning, including primeness, time of year, climatic conditions (hot or cold), and the care given to the skin or trophy in the field when it was killed. Occasionally, a skin will not tan or goes to pieces in the tanning process due to improper handling before shipment to us, or there is some defect in the skin for which we cannot be responsible. For these reasons, we cannot assume any responsibility or offer any guarantee of the tanning of any skin or cape. A signed contract is required on ALL work. All tanning is accepted at owner’s risk. This is a USDA approved facility.
Field Care
Big Game
DO NOT CUT THROAT. For shoulder mounts, leave entire skin attached to un-skinned head. Do not split above ribcage. Freeze or keep cool and bring to taxidermist ASAP.
Small Animals

All Game
Wrap in plastic and freeze if possible. If not, keep game cool. DO NOT GET GAME WET – this will promote bacterial growth and will result in hair loss. If possible, use dry ice to keep trophies cold.
Special Note
Occasionally an animal is injured too severely for it to make a good trophy. When this has happened, we will call you to pick it up and your deposit will be refunded. Prices happily given on request for any animal not listed here.

- One-half (½) life size is 70% of Life Size price.
- Shields and special poses on head mounts are extra.

- Custom packing, crating, and shipping is extra.
- All life-size purchases include a natural walking or sitting pose with habitat scene and a suitable base.
Rugs
Include tanning, lining, padding, double felt border and head mount (open or closed mouth). The price is $230 per linear foot, measuring from nose to tail.
